Lee's Apartment
This was a full refurbishment project and modernisation of a large apartment within a 1970's mixed-use residential building.
The apartment is on the 47th floor and has access to great views over the island. We therefore deemed it crucial to highlight the span of the view within the apartment.
By dividing the apartment by use of sliding panels, the view is framed and emphasized, whilst maximising the amount of natural light entering the space. This flexible system allows the configuration of space to be determined by the user.
There are three internal volumes which house the bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and kitchen island with two of the volumes interlocking.
