This was a full refurbishment and modernisation of a large apartment within an 1889 Edwardian building. Interestingly, the rear of the building is made in an Edwardian style whereas the front is Art Deco.
This project involved stripping out all existing electrics/plumbing, flooring, cabinetry and doors as well as reconfiguring the entire layout. All cabinetry and most furniture are bespoke and hand-made.
