In early 2011, Makemei began full renovation works for a 47-aparment project in East London.
This is a full refurbishment of the existing hotel where 23 apartments will be done in a modern style and 24 apartments in a vintage style.
The apartments, public spaces, reception and lobby are to be fully revitalised with new finishes, fittings and furniture.
